Tour Managing & Merch Management
"Merch girl"
For the past 15 years I have jumped behind the merch desk at any conceivable opportunity. For the first 14 years I did the majority of that for free. Apparently I'm good at it, so now I get paid for it. But I will make it worthwhile, by flogging a shitload of merch. Load-in/load-out, count-in/count-out, OCD level set-up of the desk, making colour-coded spreadsheets to keep track of tour stock, not being an arsehole—all of that and whatever else might be handy.
My preference now is to cover full tours but I can sometimes be available for individual shows within London.
No drinks on the merch table please. References on request.

Artist Liaison
Artist Management & Booking

Festivals, shows & events
I was fortunate enough to work as Artist Liaison in The Luminaire in London. That involved overseeing the smooth running of the venue during gigs, which primarily included looking after the bands, venue staff and promoters, before, during and after the shows. Occasionally I was required to act as a rep for the promoter.
Following one particularly challenging show night at which we had no running water in anywhere other that the dressing room sink, the promoter hired me to work as the Artist Liaison and sometime Stage Manager on the main stage at his group of four rockabilly festivals. I tend to believe that this was down to me spending almost the entirety of that sold out show night at The Luminaire throwing buckets of water down the toilets. Needs must.
I have also worked as part of the Artist Liaison team for the main stage at End of The Road festival. Plus a whole load of individual shows.
I'd very much like to do some more of this.
And the rest of the time...
I am not currently looking to take on any other artists. Not until Peter Bruntnell and Joana Serrat have both become household names, at which point I may not actually have time. Let's see. We're working on it. Visit my management page for more information.

I've done a spot of TM-ing too. It was great fun. It's a bit like Artist Liaison but you get to travel. Brilliant.
